Wallich Residence is selling a one-bedroom apartment for $2.36 million

LHN Group announced that it is launching Orchard’s largest co-living home. The property is called Coliwoo Orchard, the 22-storey property is situated on the 2nd floor of Mount Elizabeth Link and houses 411 keys in 135 units.

This is the second biggest Coliwoo property up to now, following Coliwoo Boon Lay with 437 keys. The announcement follows seven other announcements of Coliwoo in 2022 across its Hotel and Residence portfolios. Coliwoo Hotel Amber, Coliwoo Hotel Amber Katong, Coliwoo Balestier 320, Coliwoo 75BR, Coliwoo Hotel Gay World, Coliwoo Serangoon 450 and Coliwoo Lavender Collection. With the addition of additional properties being developed the company is anticipated that Coliwoo will have a total of keys to 2,500 by the in 2023.
